Chilly room in the basement of a groundfloor apartment split four ways, one thin towel, no air circulation. In the morning, with the vent open all night, my room was over 2000 ppm CO2. Indoor air was consistently about 65% humidity, a bit high but not too bad. Due to the poor ventilation it took my laundry two days to mostly dry. Zeb also complained that it would be too expensive to fix the front door to lock and unlock easily. Take some of those £££ and invest in your property… For this price I expect better linens and some real ventilation. Location is very pretty though. It was good to have access to a real kitchen and laundry.
